I recently switched providers after leaving a different Novant Health, where my previous experience felt unfriendly and very robotic. I’m so glad I made the change. From the moment I walked in, this new practice made me feel genuinely comfortable, welcomed, and heard. I have a complicated history with body dysmorphia, so I asked not to be weighed during intake since this was simply an appointment to establish care. At my prior office, that request was met with eye-rolling and an attitude that made me feel like an inconvenience. Here, it was handled with kindness and complete understanding — no judgment, no awkwardness, just respect. My doctor, Dr. Whitesides, was incredibly friendly and personable. The entire visit felt human rather than transactional. It’s hard to put into words how refreshing it was to feel so comfortable in a medical setting. I’m truly grateful to have found a provider who leads with compassion, and I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for care that actually feels like care.
I am writing this review to express my complete dissatisfaction with the care received during my visits on 10/22/2025 and 10/24/2025. Despite explicitly detailing my extensive history of recurrent strep throat, my initial symptoms were dismissed, and I was only given basic paneling. On the first visit, I was incorrectly diagnosed with a cold and prescribed a nasal spray for a symptom I did not have. My request for more comprehensive testing on the second visit was initially discouraged, and when testing was completed, no further diagnostics were offered despite my worsening condition. I sought a second opinion immediately, where I was correctly diagnosed and prescribed appropriate medication, leading to significant improvement within one day. I had to pay for two unnecessary and diagnostically deficient visits out-of-pocket. This delay in appropriate care is unacceptable. I will not be returning to your location and will be advising my family and associates to seek care elsewhere. If you value your health, time and money I would not recommend this clinic. The reception team is very polite though I will add.

Joshua & the staff were great! What a nice change from the way medical care has been of recent. I had been to this office last year & was not at all happy with the Dr I saw then. But this time was urgent. They fit me in this morning for a female issue & resolved it right away. I am very grateful! I was treated with respect, compassion & dignity by every staff member. Again, thank you so much!
Today was my first visit to establish care at this location so I do not have experience with this facility, but the visit was a pleasant one and I wanted to express that. Dr. Ginn’s good reviews are accurate. She is straightforward and helpful, but also kind and respectful. As someone who has had negative experiences finding a PCP in the past, she is the kind of family doctor you want. Additionally, the medical assistant, phlebotomist, and receptionist I dealt with were all very amicable and put me at ease as much as possible.
I saw dr Hiten Patel here last week and he totally diagnosed me wrong and even worst he didn’t care to really treat me properly at all. He was more worried about me wearing a pamper across my face then providing me good care and even had the nerve to tell me right away that I can go somewhere else if I didn’t want to follow his rules and proceeded to lecture me until I confronted him and he then changed his tone quickly. I also called the day after to let them know I was not feeling any better and to please proscribe me some better meds as the weekend was in front of us but they didn’t even bother to call me back and definitely never called in any stronger meds. I ended up having to go to urgent care to get reevaluated and was then properly given better medication. Dr Patel you are not a professional and should not be allowed to practice medicine any longer. You are a disgrace to medical society and what it means to be a doctor. You are to be fired immediately and have your license suspended indefinitely as all you care about is profit not your patients.
