We were very pleased with Watergate Roofing. Communication with everyone was excellent. Phone calls and texts. We have many plants around our home and they did a fabulous job protecting my plants. They also replaced rotten wood around our chimney and sent painters out to paint new boards. We want to thank Max McLaughlin for his professionalism in the entire process.
We have used Watergate Roofing three different times. The first time Watergate Roofing was the best of several Roofing companies we called to get an estimate. He arrived and was able to fix the problem right away. When we had a similar issue on another unit we were happy to call them again. That time not only did he fix the leak but pointed out another area that could use work. But we did not feel pressured. When we were ready to address that problem we called to company mentioned who we were and they knew right away what the issue was. It was easy to set up billing and payment and we were very happy with their work.

I gave 5 stars to Watergate roofing company. Glad I called them. They were all professional, got my roof done in a timely manner. Financing was an easy process.I honestly felt that they cared about my house and roof after the inspection..Thanks again Watergate!
We chose Watergate Roofing after much research, reading many positive reviews, and because it is a women owned company. They were wonderful! Our project manager, Nick was amazing! He was very helpful, knowledgable, and patient with us making sure they understood our needs, and we understood our options, and costs. He and Watergate were extremely helpful in working with our insurance company assuring they would cover what they should from the initial assessment but also once any surprises were uncovered. They also did not try to charge us for anything we didn't need and actually found the bones of our roof were in such good shape some of what they quoted did not need to be replaced which shaved some cost off of the original estimate. I truly felt like they had our backs and were there to do great work that speaks for itself vs getting all they could out of the job. I highly recommend Watergate Roofing and would use them again for any services they provide!
Great experience with Watergate Roofing. My chimney was in need of new trim work and a new pan. Max was polite and very accommodating with providing various trim options etc. Friendly, attentive, and responsive. Fox was also great with post inspections ensuring Workmanship was to my liking. Overall impressed with Watergates customer service, at the end of the day that's what you want when you are entrusting a contractor to work on your home.
