I appreciate the overall customer experience. There was an issue with the initial furnace installation, however after speaking it over with their management team, they owned the error. Most companies do not go that far as they would just try to fix the issue and sweep it under the rug. This company not only corrected the issue, they listened to my concerns, offered to send someone out the same day and gave me service on them to use at a later date. I understand things happen so I was not upset as long as they treated me the client with professional courtesy. They did just that and I am absolutely thrilled with the overall experience. I am impressed and rooting for you guys as a family owned business.

Great experience! They were communicative, on time, professional and polite. Everything was explained to me clearly with provided pictures and the appropriate maintenance and repair options were simply laid out with relevant pricing. I will continue to have them back for annual Maintenance and repairs on my furnace and air conditioning unit.
Gerardo and the team were very helpful and easy to work with. They were friendly and provided fast and excellent maintenance services for my water heater. Will be using this company moving forward.
Highly recommend! We had Chicago HVAC replace our steam boiler (and thermostat) in our 1910-ish home, and cannot say enough good things about their thoroughness, timeliness, and professionalism. They also really took the time to educate us on what exactly needed to be done and why. Kudos to Joshua, Jesse, Rafael and Louis (and also a big shout-out to their in-office/admin team who’ve also been super helpful and responsive all along the way!).
