Great hotel in downtown Columbus. Upon check in we were greeted one of the most friendliest front desk I've ever experienced. Used the valet for car which was a little expensive but very easy and they were very quick to get the car when we needed. Room was very spacious and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Nice little bar area with Starbucks. For those that work in the room, the chair was very comfortable to sit at the desk. Easy walk to and from the convention center. Would definitely stay here again. Had a flawless stay.
My fiance and I stayed here for his birthday and had a great experience! I felt a bit grungy walking up to the desk in my sweatpants and expected the staff to be snobby but the lady that checked us in was very nice and down to earth, I believe her name was Laura. She gave honest unrehearsed suggestions when we asked where to eat, and she also immediately noticed that we were from Kentucky and told us “welcome”. Loved our room too! We had a great view of the city. The hot tub and pool are pretty nice too.

Overall the hotel was nice. Hallways could use some updating as well as the showers but it appears they are in this process. The rest of the hotel was very nice including the lobby, room, and pool. Beds are comfortable and not often you find a king bed in a hotel with king pillows which was a nice touch.
We stayed here for a wedding party room block. We had rooms on the same floor and enjoyed the spacious aspect for the rooms. The shower pressure was good. The bed was not too hard (but I was also tired). The air conditioning works great!! We enjoyed the 4th floor pool, hot tub, sauna and workout room. It was soooo nice!
This is a very nice hotel and conference center. Came down for a Rotary event. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. On site amenities are good, including a bar restaurant and café. I thought that the banquet food left quite a bit to be desired for the per plate cost, but the servers were great and the bartenders were amazing. overall the hotel was easy to find, but be aware that downtown Columbus has a lot of one-way streets so if you miss your turn you do have to go all the way back around the block. Valais parking is efficient but can be pricey if you don't have a voucher. I also found out that it is difficult to get late check out if you need it, and they do hold their 11 o'clock checkout time pretty seriously. Overall I found the experience pleasant and I would return, I thought the room rate was reasonable for the location
