Orignally charged with misdemeanor Resisting/Obstructing and civil infractions for not engaging with police when they tried to talk/investigate. Mr. Poota was able to get one of the charges thrown out and the misdemeanor reduced to a civil infraction. A much better result than if I tried going it alone. Mr. Poota was able to greatly negotiate and be my voice in the courtroom, explaining that my case was not that serious. Having a great attorney like Mr. Poota achieved a much better result in my case. No jail, no probation. Only civil infractions with a court fine. I liked his communication messenger, making it easy to contact him. Mr. Poota made the whole court process very easy. Mr. Poota's calmness and confidence in the courtroom is impressive. He was able to handle the case quickly and effectively. He was even able to assist me with retrieving my property from the police. Mr. Poota is a great attorney.
