The women at the front desk were very accommodating and knowledgeable about my insurance benefits. Dr Hoffman is wonderful, I followed him from another practice. I trust his judgment!! Easy to find dentists who tell you that you need more work than you do. Also the place I left did a sloppy job with an ex ray and the staff took it again at no charge. I already recommended my friend to come here. Top notch care :)
Dr. Patel and the staff at Grand Dentistry are the best dental group I have had the pleasure of visiting in my life. (I’m 77). I’ve logged a lot of dental visits. Their work is impressive from cavities, to implants, to veneers and everything in between. Thank you Grand Dentistry.
I came in for a cleaning, and they did exactly that. They took X-rays, asked a few questions, and started the cleaning right away. Unlike other offices I’ve been to, there was no pressure to do expensive treatments first. I know my teeth aren’t perfect, and they were honest about the areas that need attention. Instead of pushing treatment, they simply recommended a consultation to discuss my options. I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but this is the first office that made me feel comfortable and actually want to come back. The staff was kind, professional, and never made me feel pressured. Highly recommend!

Sad to be writing this as I always loved this office. I’ve been going here for 4 years. They changed what insurance they take in November without notice and I went in for a routine cleaning and x rays in March and am now stuck with a huge bill. I called them 3 weeks ago and was also told procedures that are not covered will be told to the patient beforehand. Well, they never told me. I’ve followed up 3 times to ask that they make it right and each time I’m told they will call the next day for an update. They still haven’t called. It’s really disappointing considering Dr Patel and the hygienists are so awesome at what they do. Dr Patel and the hygienists ALWAYS go above and beyond and are also fun to talk too. They are so good that I’ve even referred several people. But when it hits your own pocket and the billing office doesn’t seem to care about following up or doing the right thing a 1 star review to let others know is my only option. For anyone reading this they no longer accept Delta PPO and only accept Premiere. The front desk admitted they thought I was Premiere so I’d be covered. They made a mistake and have gone radio silent even though I’ve been assured they will call back for an update 3 separate times. Now I’m on the hook for a routine cleaning that I’ve done at this office for 4 years. Help a fellow Spartan alum out Dr!
I just left my appointment and felt like I had to leave a review. I don't write reviews, but Dr. Hoffman absolutely deserves one. Not only is he an excellent dentist, but he's genuinely kind, patient, and takes the time to listen. He never makes you feel rushed or judged, answers questions honestly, and gives thoughtful recommendations instead of pushing unnecessary treatment. It's refreshing to find a healthcare provider who makes you feel comfortable and heard. I can't recommend Dr. Hoffman enough. If you're looking for a dentist you can trust... go see him.
