The highest compliment I can give Cliff & Bryce, of Crosspoint Contracting, is they have become like family to us. Not normally what you'd hear about contractors, right? But, we say that because they treated us like family in every step of our renovation process. We were managing the renovation from out of state, so it was especially important Cliff & Bryce were collaborative, patient, thorough, thoughtful and communicative...and they did not disappoint! We would highly recommend Crosspoint Contracting for any of your renovation needs.

The project was completed on time and could have been under budget without a few of our own change orders getting in the way. When problems did crop up for one reason or another Cliff was right there to work out the issue or get the trades to step up and fix it. We really enjoyed working with Cliff and Bryce. We had the opportunity to work with Crosspoint Contracting LLC on the complete repurposing of a 6,000 square foot building into a new clubhouse for our 55+ community of 3,380 homes. The building had been vacant for nearly 10 years and was originally constructed in 2004. What began as an interior demolition project evolved into a full rebuild with a construction contract exceeding $600,000. After a very positive experience with their demolition work, we selected Crosspoint Contracting LLC as the prime contractor for the reconstruction. The project included building a large multi-purpose room, library, formal conference center, game room, and new bathrooms. Along the way, there were numerous unexpected challenges, including discovering boarded-up windows, navigating complicated electrical requirements, irregular room configurations, and complex ceiling structures. Throughout the entire process, Crosspoint Contracting LLC demonstrated exceptional professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity. Their tradespeople consistently delivered high-quality workmanship, and the company handled every challenge with a solutions-oriented attitude and strong communication. Most importantly, they always operated with honesty and integrity, which made for an excellent working relationship from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with the final result and would highly recommend Crosspoint Contracting LLC to anyone seeking a dependable contractor capable of handling complex commercial renovation projects.
Crosspoint Contracting built out our office condo from an empty shell and we are thrilled with the results. Cliff was awesome to work with, from the initial bid to completion of the job. He completed it on time and as quoted and was genuinely great to work with. He stays on top of the progress and deals with any problems that come up right away. I would hire him again in an instant!
So where do I begin? If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Cliff swooped in like a knight in shining armor saving me from certain, inevitable disaster on my commercial build-out for my new business! My original contractor was quickly leading me to a nightmare so after letting him go, I found Cliff and he saved me and my business; I am forever grateful!! Cliff is very clear, concise and explains everything; he doesn't keep you in the dark about anything! He shares everything with you that he is doing, who he is hiring for subs, schedules, costs and answers all your questions quickly! The most important part for me was he COMMUNICATES! He checked in with me and on the project everyday and if something wasn't going to plan, he was on top of it! But more than that, Cliff is a very kind, wear-your-heart on your sleeve kinda person who genuinely cared about me and my concerns. He is humble and down to earth and a joy to work with and talk to.
