Temporary update: Was told that we needed attic insulation and we did that today. Not excited about the additional 3k and edgy on installers but as long as is willing to back up any issues, ok. Owner of company and Manufacturer employee came out today. Supposedly corrected a few issues and should correct the problems we’ve been having for a year on a 30k purchase. I will not retract all of the previous review because it’s what happened and if they make it right this time that doesn’t change our experience, however if it has been made right then you deserve to have that information as well. Be wary of this company. We feel as though we were sucked into a $30,000 lie. They come out when you complain, but continually say that everything is working fine even though we are not getting satisfaction.The company does not communicate when they are going to be late or not show up. You have to call and find out where they are an hour after they should have been there. Then the people there have bad attitudes because they don’t like the fact that you want to know why they are two hours late with no communications whatsoever. They simply tell you it isn’t their fault. Be incredibly leery of what owner promises when he sells your system because we have been over a year now with constant phone calls and issues and visits and now paying for another service from them that they are two hours late on and sent a child as one of the installers. Very seriously suggest you go with someone else.

I can only express gratitude and thankfulness for a job “well done!” Our experience began with our air-conditioning going out one evening as temperatures soared over 100°. We were also fairly lucky to have one personal recommendation from someone who heard of our problem and then vetted through online information about companies in the area that do air-conditioning work. We ended up selecting Supreme Comfort for our job.Not only were they fast, (We were up and running in 48 hours), we also had a great team that came and did a seamless job installing all of the systems that we needed. We had been advised by both companies that we talked to, that our system was in need of replacement, by the way. In the end we felt pricing (from what would we know) was fair and Jose (the owner) was in touch from beginning to end.
