Logan was here alittle early for our 8am appointment wearing a smile. He began working immediately. Logan explained all testing and maintenance recommendations throughly. I had used another vendor for years until last year when trying ACSI for the first time and so glad I did. Great company to work with and Logan a pleasure.
Great experience! I spoke with Jake and he had a technician to my house within the hour. The technician, Moe was personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. Someone was in the attic and smelled gas. Once I called David, he came by within 1 1-2 hours. David tested the heating unit for leaks and told me it was in great condition. I was impressed by the fast service I received and It was a relief to know that everything was working as it should!
I am such a superfan of Air Conditioning Service. They are the definition of an honest, quality business, and I've always had nothing but awesome experiences. Big thanks to Jake, Jose and Pancho for their recent work coordinating and cleaning out our dryer vents. They were extremely kind and courteous, and they did an amazing job at a very fair price.
