This company came out last year to give a diagnostic on the ac unit. Justin was honest and to the point that I needed a new unit . He was never pushy. Justin said if they could be of any further assistance give them a call. Well needless to say I called them back the next day to install 2 brand new units because of the great customer care and professionalism they had shown. When they gave me a price I was blown away with how reasonable it was. It is a family owned and run business. I have dealt with the owner Justin, the mother-in-law , son, and Dylan. They listen to the customer and are very knowledgeable , respectful, friendly, and provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. They had to install my units on the roof and it was completed within a few hours. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I can't say enough about this company and the service I have received. I would recommend them to my grandmother, that is how good they are. Coolinary Arts is top notch. Finally, an honest, qualified HVAC contractor! I have used Coolinary Arts for both service and new equipment installation. They do both extremely well. No upselling with this company.
This company is very reliable and their prices are reasonable. And you can count on their honesty. I never feel like I'm getting hustled to pay for something that I don't need
