We’ve had continuous issues with our A/C system since we moved into this home a year ago. We called Coolinary Arts and they have been great. Dylan was on time, thorough in his assessment and he didn’t try to upsell me, which I was grateful for. He just did his best to address the immediate need. And as a result, I will be using Coolinary Arts for our HVAC needs going forward. It’s very refreshing to find a trade service that aims to put the customer first and charge a reasonable fee for the service.

Scheduled an appt for A/C maintenance service from a spring promo they were running. The technician who came out (Dylan) was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing as part of the service check and provided a detailed estimate for recommended future services that was sent via email following his visit. It was great to have someone come let us know what shape our A/C was in, which things were in good condition and which would need cleaning or replacing. The visit was exploratory; not a high-pressure sales pitch. Would recommend.
This company came out last year to give a diagnostic on the ac unit. Justin was honest and to the point that I needed a new unit . He was never pushy. Justin said if they could be of any further assistance give them a call. Well needless to say I called them back the next day to install 2 brand new units because of the great customer care and professionalism they had shown. When they gave me a price I was blown away with how reasonable it was. It is a family owned and run business. I have dealt with the owner Justin, the mother-in-law , son, and Dylan. They listen to the customer and are very knowledgeable , respectful, friendly, and provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. They had to install my units on the roof and it was completed within a few hours. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I can't say enough about this company and the service I have received. I would recommend them to my grandmother, that is how good they are. Coolinary Arts is top notch. I came across Coolinary with a simple Google search but would highly recommend their services to everyone! My AC unit wasn’t cooling for a couple months so I requested someone to come by and response time was very quick. Dylan arrived and found the root of the problem in no time.
