Ashley Waddell CNP has a great personality and always takes the time necessary to go over all my concerns and makes sure I understand everything. In this fast paced world it is refreshing to have a medical professional who will do that. I greatly appreciate her time and attention to details.
I was devastated when my PCP decided to move out of state and worried whether I’d find another one as good as he was. I needn’t have worried. Lisa Peters is awesome - she takes her time, listens to me, and takes excellent care of me. All staff at this facility are friendly, competent, and exceptional.
Dr. Bowen was amazing! My son is severely autistic and mainly nonverbal and she always talks to him and treats him as she would any other patient. She is kind and caring and very informative every time that we go in. My son has been seeing her for almost 10 years and I have never been disappointed.

The woman working in the lab today (unfortunately she didn’t give me her name) was very hostile, rude, belittling and downright mean from the second I walked in. I was seeing my OBGYN within this office and was instructed to go to the lab following my visit to get some bloodwork completed and was shocked by the uncalled for behavior and lack of social skills from the phlebotomist. Her unprofessional behavior made me extremely uncomfortable- especially coming from a healthcare professional. Even after this bad experience, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe she was having a bad day or wasn’t feeling well or something. When I returned home I checked the reviews to see if anyone else had ever had a similar experience and found several other reviews of people saying the same thing, so this is obviously a recurring issue with her. I really hope Mercy health follows up with this employee and tries to correct this behavior.
I adore Dr. Agee. She is so down to earth and has such a calm presence. I’ve been her patient for a very long time. She is the best!
