I called this shop when my 2011 CRV's alternator died. First, they gave me a tow company's number right away – super helpful. Second, everyone on the phone was incredibly polite and patient. Third, after they fixed my alternator fast and at a very reasonable price, they took time to check other things on my car just to make sure everything was okay. Fast repair, low price, honest service, and they go the extra mile. Highly recommend this shop!
Very honest, fast repair, and consistent communication and service. Didn't try to add on additional fees, and asked if we wanted to provide our own parts which we declined. But got a 6 months warranty on their provided parts and work. Dawn is awesome as well!
