Preston and the service team and dispatchers were amazing! Fast and friendly. Efficient. Had my hot water heater diagnosed withing 20 minutes. Ordered parts as was back in a couple days to get my pilot assmebly changed. They squeezed me in, so very caring and understanding. These guys go above and beyond and deserve all the recognition. Will call them anytime I have issues with my Rheem water heater. 💧
Alex was a very nice person and made it to where even someone with no plumbing knowledge can understand what is going on and what needs to be done to fix it. He was thorough and checked everything he could to determine if there were any leaks. Ultimately my issue was the HVAC leaking so an HVAC tech had to come out.
Driving North on I77 where traffic is back to back on June 8 2026 around 0715 (07:15AM) when suddenly a van starts riding my rear bumper and the driver begins shaking his fist at me. I have no where to go at this time due to the morning rush hour. Suddenly the driver finds an opening in the lane next to me to pass, he then begins flipping me off and I can tell that the words coming out of his mouth were explicit. And he is not impeding traffic behind him with his road rage. I then noticed this is a Mayes and Sons Plumbing van with full banner ID with the company name and phone number. Great advertisement for this business. If this is how the employees behave I would never hire them to come to my house. Full of rage and anger this is inappropriate behavior and unacceptable driving. The speed limit was 65. With traffic we were held to about 62 and it surely was not fast enough for this little angry boy who decides to release his terror behind the wheel. I suggest reading this post before hiring this company. It may save you the time and agony of having their staff meltdown in your house.

Mayes and Sons Plumbing Co. is so awesome! I had Matt as my technician. He analyzed the problem quickly and solved my bathtub problem very well. He also did a little bit of cleanup! I am so pleased with this company and this service. They really care about solving your plumbing problems. I'd like to rate them higher if I could. You can't go wrong with them
Mayes and Sons came out to inspect my Water Heater. John diagnosed the problem quickly, and assured us he would have it replaced today. He was quick and professional. I believe it was just about 2 hours for from when he arrived to when he left and everything was wrapped up. Would certainly recommend.
