I would follow Ann Lacey wherever she practices, she is the best medical professional I trust. She is thorough, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, which is exactly what anyone would want when it comes to their health. Her nurse assistant, Oscar, is equally outstanding, responsive, professional, and attentive. I have yet to encounter a single staff member who has not treated me with kindness, friendliness, and respect. Although I live in East Mesa, I willingly make the long drive because this level of care and treatment is truly exceptional and well worth it.
This place is incredibly unorganized. The office people are by far some of the rudest I’ve met, and the valley is full of underpaid unfriendly front staff people but this one takes it to a new level of incompetence. There are papers strewn everywhere mostly medical chart info which I doubt ever gets added to the correct place. I saw a doctor in here in the “concierge” program but they lost the fact I paid and then said I could no longer see the doctor because they messed up their paperwork. I later got a refund from my credit card company. The office itself was organized like you were going to a job interview not seeing a person that ultimately wasn’t a very useful doctor. Sitting across a desk staring at a HUGE picture of her family as if I cared was the oddest part of the experience. If you don’t make money for this practice they don’t want to see you either. So if you don’t want to feel like you are visiting a used car lot and being pressured to buy useless services to stay associated with this practice then don’t bother even trying this place out. Most of their clients are over 65 so once they age out I doubt this place will be in business it’s clearly catering to sell old people things they don’t need. Point is don’t waste your time here they don’t hire qualified doctors who treat anything other than a cold

The practice is very neat and clean. The bathrooms are virtually spotless, and nicely appointed for a medical practice. Waiting room time was minimal as I was taken back in-clinic at my scheduled appointment time. I was seen by my provider, Diego Alvarado, shortly thereafter. Diego was wonderful. He was very patient, inquisitive, understanding, thorough and courteous during my time with him. I never felt rushed during my visit. My wait time for follow up laboratory and x-ray work was minimal. The laboratory medical assistant who drew my blood was FANTASTIC. I never even felt a prick when the needle entered my arm. Bravo! I would gladly recommend this medical practice to family and friends.
Corey Bushman is an outstanding clinician and professional physician who exhibits remarkable listening skills, engaging in profound conversations and actively involving me in decision-making processes. He possesses a deep understanding of patient needs and preferences, while simultaneously balancing medical advice with his extensive training and commitment to providing extraordinary care. Bushman exudes a warm and amiable demeanor, characterized by exceptional bedside manners. His positive attitude, encouragement, and professional demeanor, coupled with the support of a dedicated professional staff, foster a welcoming and supportive healthcare environment.
I’m consistently impressed by the care and guidance I receive from Dr. Andresen and his team. His medical assistant is outstanding, and she sets a positive tone from the moment I walk in. I’m truly grateful for their dedication, professionalism, and compassion. Thank you, Dr. Andresen, for being an exceptional physician.
