Jamie Clark was amazing!! He came out very quickly and inspected our roof storm damage! Took photos, placed a tarp on the damaged area to stop water from getting inside of our house! He do a very thorough inspection and got everything written up. He explained everything to me from start to finish, including how insurance might treat me and helped me stay firm with the insurance company! With his help we were able to get a full roof repair as we needed including our shed. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the entire process and understood how it all works. The company sent a gentleman out to deliver the material the day before the work began, as well as a gentleman to deliver the dumpster and placed it where we were comfortable with it being. The crew arrived very early (which we knew ahead of time), the did a great job of protecting our vehicles that we were unable to move, protecting my flower bed, and the outside of our house. The crew was very respectful and worked very hard to complete the work from start to finish in one day! All around the entire company did a great job including Dylan in the office. The project manager, Johnny, who came out during and after install for the final walk through was wonderful as well! I have zero complaints and will definitely use them again for anything else including gutters and siding next!! Thank you Raptor Roofing!! A+ quality company!!
