I recently had the experience of staying at the Hampton by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead Place, and I must say that the hospitality of only two front reception personnel exceeded all expectations, entirely thanks to the phenomenal front desk team. But unfortunately the rest of team was not cooperative and responsible and I paid more 200 for each night , with 400 as a Deposit which they didn’t return and I am still following, generally to be honest if they don’t change their services and hotel Sanity I won’t recommend this to any of my friends. While is well-located, what truly sets it apart is its just two staff. I want to extend my deepest appreciation and highest praise to Ebony and Dante at the reception. From the very moment of check-in, they went above and beyond to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and stressful-free experience. In my line of work, I deeply value precision, efficiency, and genuine care—and both Ebony and Dante embody these qualities perfectly. They are incredibly professional, attentive, and possess a warm, welcoming energy that instantly makes you feel at home. I hope hotel managers read my feedback as a guy who travels a lot try to fix the issue of deposit refund ASAP and make their personnel better in order to make this hotel great again. This is a very clean, secure, very well run luxury hotel in a great location with a ton of retail stores and restaurants in walking distance! Alton, who works in the evening, was very helpful with making a pet friendly reservation for me. Alton's thoroughness in making the reservation helped make my check in very smooth when I checked in a few days later. When I actually checked in with my dog, Michael was very helpful so I was in room quickly and with everything I needed. Updated rooms and great views of Atlanta from my room. I needed extra sheets from housekeeping when I checked in in the evening around 9pm and housekeeping brought them within 10 minutes of my request. Would definitely stay here again. I loved the suite-- very spacious.

Austin made my stay a great experience from the moment I checked in. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything about the check-in and check-out process. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Austin is a true asset to the Hampton Inn & Suites Buckhead team. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality! Special shout out to the GM and Dontavier as well, Professional and thoughtful team. - Corey
I stayed at this Hampton Inn in Buckhead while attending the FIFA World Cup match between Argentina and Egypt. I checked into Room 427 on July 6 and checked out on July 7. After I left, I realized I had accidentally left my JBL speaker in the room. I am 100% certain it was left there. Unfortunately, trying to communicate with the hotel has been extremely frustrating. Despite multiple calls and attempts to follow up, I have received little assistance and no meaningful updates. It seems like there has been no real effort to locate or return my speaker. This experience has left me very disappointed. Guests should be able to trust that if they accidentally leave a valuable item behind, the hotel will make an honest effort to recover and return it. The poor communication and lack of customer service after my stay have made me lose confidence in this hotel especially I am a Hilton honor member. I would not recommend staying here based on how my lost property was handled.
Recently stayed at this hotel June 27th- July 1st. When I arrived at Hotel I was told that parking was $28 a nigh. The front desk attendant told me how to get on the app and pay so I paid for the first night on the app. We went out that night and got food and when we returned to the hotel to put the food in the refrigerator, the refrigerator smelled like mildew. that morning, Sunday, June 28. I went to the front desk to let the front desk know that the refrigerator smelt really bad and it was causing an odor in the room. She said since I booked through Expedia, it was nothing that she could do but she could give me two nights of free parking and have my refrigerator replaced. Once getting the refrigerator replaced, the room still smelled like mildew in the cabinet that the refrigerator was in was breaking off. Once I return home, I noticed a charge of $94 on my account. Called the hotel to figure out why and they told me it was because of parking and I told them about receiving two nights free parking and paying for parking one Night on the app. She told me that she would hand this over to the manager and that the manager would be in at 11 AM. Call back around two and waited on hold for 35 minutes just to talk to the front desk agent just to find out that the manager wasn’t there and then she told me the manager said no he would not refund me because I could not remember the ladies name at the desk. Mind you I asked the lady on the phone to have the manager call me nobody ever called and had I not call back around two, I wonder if the manager would have ever called. The fact that the security had to come up there and replace the refrigerator and a supervisor had to approve that and they’re telling me that they have no notes on my account or record of giving me two free nights of parking. She also hung up on me because i told her that was unacceptable and I still wanted to speak to the manager. I stayed in room 418 and when we left the room still smelled like mildew I will enclose a picture of the broken off cabinet that they had in the room. I went ahead and contacted corporate and they advised me that they should be reaching out to me but yet it’s 6:30 PM where I am and I have yet to receive a call back from anybody. The customer service at this hotel is absolutely terrible and it feels like a bunch of kids are running the place. I am a former flight attendant turned educator and I have stayed at many Hilton’s and I have never experienced anything like this. This situation is absolutely unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel anywhere.
