Stayed here for volleyball tournament at the convention center. Walking distance to it. Super clean and the staff were amazing! So nice! They have a great laundry room for those dirty uniforms on day 3 of nationals. Highly recommend.
The good: Our room was a suite and was very spacious. The kitchenette included pots/pans for the stove top and dishwasher. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious and had a nice variety of hot and cold foods. Front desk and valet were outstanding and very helpful. The bad: Rooms do need a little tlc. The was tape on ceiling fan in bedroom and on mirror in front room. And scuffs on drawers. Windows need to be double pane to help reduce the sounds from the street and bars below. We were on the 5th floor and could hear music and loud mufflers all night long. Elevator was slow. Conclusion: Bring noise canceling headphones to help with nighttime sounds. And we would stay there again.

We chose this Hilton location expecting the brand's usual standard of comfort, but our stay was incredibly disappointing due to several room and maintenance issues. The biggest issue was the room's technology. The television continuously displayed a "DIRECTV Signal Lost" error and was completely unusable. Additionally, the hotel Wi-Fi network was painfully slow, and the TV lacked streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube. While missing streaming apps might seem minor to some, every other Hilton we have stayed at has them. This caused a major disruption for our family because my son has autism and relies heavily on his routine, which includes watching specific familiar shows on YouTube and Netflix to help him regulate in new environments. Not having access to these basic amenities made our stay incredibly stressful. To make matters worse, the room itself had notable maintenance and cleanliness issues: Mold in the Shower: There was visible mold in the bathroom shower, which is a serious hygiene and housekeeping oversight. (I have photographs documenting this). Loud Refrigerator: The in-room fridge made a loud, persistent buzzing noise all night, which severely disrupted our sleep. Between the broken amenities, the stressful disruption to my son's routine, and the mold in the bathroom, this room did not reflect the quality we paid for. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them for future guests.
We had the best stay last weekend. Checked in Friday and left Sunday, every staff member we came across was so welcoming. We had a corner suite and the room was large, clean, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was great with so many options. Please keep this up! It seems rare to find a hotel that’s not 4 or 5 star with this hospitality and cleanliness.
Very nice hotel. Right in front of the Gainbridge Fieldhouse Stadium. We came in town for the Cardi B concert. It’s literally right in front of that stadium. Everyone upfront was very nice. The valet was wonderful and upon re-entering from the concert they checked room keys to get into the building to make sure there was no riffraff.
