Absolutely wonderful! The service was outstanding and everything we tried was delicious and beautifully plated. We tried three pasta dishes, and our favorite was the lasagna. The flower shaped pasta was super fun too. Highly recommend !
Had a great time dining at Dear Emilia on a Saturday night. The food was delicious. Favorites were the lasagna verde, cheese souffle, and the steak but liked everything we ordered. Cocktails and wine were also great. Probably the best classic Negroni I’ve had. The hospitality and service were on point. Only complaint was that the dining experience took a long time (~2hrs) with a lot of waiting time between each course. Overall would recommend for a nice date night or special occasion and we will be back!

First off, the atmosphere is so amazing. It's very chic and very comfy. Service was fabulous, everyone was so kind and very knowledgeable of the food and how they make it. They have a wonderful variety of wines, some I have never heard of. There is also a sommelier to help choose. The food was very good. The menu was well thought out and served in waves that made sense and built on one another. The menu is definitely made to share dishes to try a lot of the menu. We tried every pasta dish and loved everyone! Rich sauces and amazing flavors. Definitely great for a date night or business meeting. Or just grab some drinks and a dish to share.
Dear Emilia exceeded our expectations. We ordered the Anolini and the Bistecca di Colorado, and both dishes were beautifully presented, absolutely delicious, and clearly crafted with great attention to detail. Every aspect of the dining experience felt thoughtful and intentional. The service was attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and the atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable. It’s the perfect spot for a date night or special occasion. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
Really cute spot, just wish the lighting was a little softer. The appetizers were all great. I especially loved the lasagna, garganelli and the anolini, and using the bread at the end to soak up the sauce was outstanding. The capellacci wasn’t really my thing. The funghi was super delicious and perfectly crispy, carrots were just okay. Tiramisu was good. Service was excellent.
