Do not waste your time at this location. Dr. Anderson is the worst. She is too young and inexperienced to communicate effectively with patients. She struggles with being honest about her intentions. She strung me along for over a month with trying to get a refill. She told me that I only had to take blood tests once a year but orders one every 90 days. Instead of getting a refill, a week will go by unanswered and I end up having to call everyday and still no response. After 2 weeks,I finally had to go up there in person and was told I needed another blood test. I have been on the same medication for years and never had any issues with this many test to get a refill. This place has medications on my chart that I have never had and when I told them 6 months ago, they still didn’t remove them but keep asking if I take them. Medication that weren’t their prior to Anderson. Furthermore, she continued to create obstacles for basic care. She will tell me one thing face to face and then have a person contact me with something else. She doesn’t respect her patients and has an aristocratic attitude that makes the experience extremely uncomfortable. I am 54 years old and have never seen a doctor who is so detached from their patients and displays such a clear discomfort doing their job.
Dr. Adrienne Anderson & staff have been excellent in service, especially for my first meeting! And, Pinky in the Neuro/Fusion teams continue excellent care along with Dr. Brooke Freeman and Kelsie NP!! Sincerely, Ronnie & Craig Flansburg!

I highly recommend everyone to not choose this location as a primary care. Dr.Anderson specifically is condescending and unsympathetic. All she did was literally read a chart and not do anything else when there was visible symptoms And then she passed the buck and stated that she couldn’t do anything in her office. There was no sense of urgency based off the patient’s current condition Save yourself aggravation and choose another physician at this location. Lastly, when someone has a blood pressure that is evidently high and it isn’t spoken about that is also concerning that she is a licensed physician and had no regards to even mention that. I am disappointed that this review had to be written but it had to because awareness needs to happen regarding a matter such as this. I pray that Dr Andrienne Anderson doesn’t treat anyone else like I witnessed. Keyonna, the nurses assistant was amazing and professional. Dr Anderson needs to take notes from Keyonna. Lastly, when we asked her to come back to speak to us she didn’t instead she sent her nursing assistant Keyonna back in to deliver the message when she didn’t have a patient and could of done so herself. Very distasteful, shame on you Dr Anderson!
Would not recommend anyone to see the doctors in this office. I saw two different doctors here. One was negligent to my care and I had to advocate for a second opinion. The other ended our visit without my awareness and refused to address any more of my medical concerns and told me to go see another doctor refusing my care. I will say the nurses and management staff are so kind and showed great bedside manner to me.
I appreciate and respect Padideh Rezabakhshpour’s professional assessments and knowledge. I admire her ability to communicate my plan of care confidently and respectfully. I trust her! Trust is an essential characteristic in healthcare providers. Thank you!
