I got a quote for a bunch of work from the Honda dealership for nearly $3k. I called TTS after my coworker said they have strong BBB ratings/online reviews. They quoted me $900 cheaper than Honda all in. They were scheduled a week out, but then got all of the work done in 1 day so I was able to drop off before work and pick up right after. The final bill was to the dollar what they quoted me at the start. They answered all my questions and were very nice. I am easy to rip off, especially with car stuff, and I feel like they treated me with respect and integrity. I will be telling all my friends and coming back here if I ever need to!
Great customer service, quality work, and honest.I was in for an oil change alignment , tire rotation, and new brakes. A local car dealer service department told me my brakes were “getting critical”. So I assumed I needed new brakes. When they pulled the tires to rotate they called me to the service area to show me the brake pads which were fine and said they were good for another year! I like that Justin and mechanic were honest about the brakes and saved me $400-$600.

TTS was recommended by a friend a few years ago. I’ve had nothing but excellent service. From a tire repair on our Tesla, regular service and maintenance on our Audi, and tune ups/safety checks on our teenagers’ shared Subaru —every experience has been positive. Appointments, expectations/estimates, garage time, and cost are clearly communicated and managed professionally. I would (and have) recommend this garage to anyone.
Great service! I needed a car inspection, and was able to get in and out pretty quickly. The waiting room area was also clean and comfortable. There wasn’t a restroom in the waiting area, but they allowed me to use the employee restroom (so don’t hesitate to ask!) They seem to have an efficient and no-nonsense operation. I learned that the business is run by two brothers. They’re owner-operators and they inherited the business from their grandfather. With how orderly and efficient everything was, I could tell that they take great pride in their work and in their business overall. I’ll definitely be back!
