We have used Just-N - Time a few times and have always had good service but today I feel David went above and beyond! I called around 5pm because our home wasn't cooling at all and was told Someone would be out between 6-7pm. Shortly after it started to rain and I knew the appointment would probably be canceled but David called to let me know he was still coming. He had our A.C up in running in about 30 minutes! He was great!
Very attentive & informative in addition to great repair work. They missed a detail in the initial morning visit, but sent out someone the next day who did a follow up & finished the work. They are very honest & straight forward about your options but will work with you without applying any pressure to 'buy up'
5 Stars to their Tech, David C., the company owner that called me back to answer my questions and concerns, and the new receptionist that helped schedule my service. I noticed some water in my attic air-handler emergency drain pan and called Just-N-Time and they came out the next day. Turns out my drainage line was clogged and water backed up into my unit and also created condensation around my air handler. David was on time, professional, honest, patient, and thoroughly explained everything to me and was patient with my questions since I had a lot of them being a very hands-on type of guy. I will be purchasing their maintenance plan and will gladly recommend them to family and friends as long as they continue running an honest genuine company that cares about their customers. In a world full of people whom can be unethical at times, I feel like my family and home are in good hands with Just-N-Time and they were transparent and honest.

Justin's team scheduled me right away and promptly sent someone out to assess the issue. There was no hesitation in addressing the problem and getting it resolved. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, how it would be fixed, and followed through with excellent work. I'm very pleased with the service and would highly recommend Just-N-Time AC and Heating. The are professional and very affordable.
I called several places and finally found a reputable shop willing to give me a preliminary quote AND come out within 30 minutes. LJ had a great attitude and educated me in the process. He was able to listen to the customer and was able to effectively do his job within 10-15 mins of being on-site. Payment was seamless. I would highly recommend to someone else looking for HVAC needs in the Heights area.
