Just-N-Time AC and Heating

David at Just In Time AC was phenomenal—super knowledgeable and very diligent in diagnosing and fixing my heating system. My heater went out during the one of coldest time of this year, and I had to get through a miserable night and early morning in freezing conditions. I called them before their posted business hours on Google, and still received a response right away along with a scheduled service time. They came out promptly and identified the issue with my heating unit. David didn’t have the required part on hand, but he came back the very next day to complete the repair. In the meantime, even without the part, David gave me clear, simple, easy-to-understand instructions so I could safely keep my heater running while he located the part for one more night. Communication was excellent the entire time, and the customer service was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Just In Time AC and will absolutely use them again for any HVAC needs.

I have so much to say, because all three homes had exceptional service. David always came with a smile on his face and ready to meet the needs of the client. Annette, Melinda and Rachel , is the first voices you hear. They are knowledgeable in answering all of your questions, so you can make the right decision. Above all these are honest people they are not trying to mislead you and take advantage of elderly clients, like John Moore Company did my Aunt. The technician came out and told her she needed a new air conditioner and was going to charge her over 15,000. She called my husband and he told her don’t do anything, let me call Just n Time and David came to my Aunt house. He checked everything and mind you she is 89 years old. When he checked the thermostat she had it turn on heater, instead of air. He flip the switch and called me and said that was all wrong with her air condition. He only charged her a service charge for coming out. How honest is that from a company. I have them on speed dial cause there is no other company I would use. I also purchase a whole unit for my home, they service my daughter home and I tell all my friends about Just n Time. Thank all of you for your kindness and help. I also know it starts at the top good service and that’s from the Owner who train his staff to treat people like he would treat them. Awesome 😄😄😄
