Mike 5507 was absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond to ensure my plumbing was fixed and usable same day. He took his time and made sure everything looked even better than before he got here. He was extremely friendly and took his time to ensure everything was done correctly. I am so grateful to him and Emilio who did not leave until they knew what was causing the issue and the fix. I will always highly recommend RotoRooter!! Ask for Mike!!
The spigots that my washing machine was hooked up to was leaking. Mike 5507 replaced them with easier turn on and off valves. The old ones were knobs and they were so tight it was difficult to turn them on & off. Mike 5507 did his job and he also took the time to explain the issue and how he resolved it and made it easier. I appreciated that. If I have another plumbing issue I will request Mike 5507.

Mike (#5507) from Rotor Rooter was extremely professional and kind. He was very thorough in his evaluation of the clogged drain and answered all my questions in a very clear and concise manner. Once we decided to move forward and use the snake to clear the drain, he made sure he explained everything he was doing along with reasons behind it. I highly recommend Mike in any plumbing repair. When you do call roto rooter, please request him as you will not be disappointed in his level of customer service and professionalism!
Tee did a great job. Very transparent about the issues and very informative throughout the whole process. Kept me updated on where she was in the process and the approximate time frame the whole job would take to complete.
MARIO did excellent work! He explained what’s needed to be done, how, alternatives to the services he could offer and I truly believe we got the best possible price. He was respectful, cleanly, polite and efficient. Not to mention super friendly. He even treated my cats well while they supervised his work. I 100% would call Roto-Rooter again for any plumbing needs and I would hope that I’m able to be serviced by Mario! (Deep pipe cleanout -grease/buildup, garbage disposal REMOVAL)
