This hotel is in a very convenient location — about a 15-minute walk from the train station, and with easy freeway access if you’re driving. I’ve stayed in several different room types here, but my favorite is the one with a patio overlooking the freeway. Although the building is fairly close to the freeway, the sound insulation is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised that there is not much traffic noise at all.
Great hotel right where we needed to be for some medical treatments, the rooms were clean and spacious, bathrooms were great, (however, they have sliding doors that didn't stay shut and wasn't a fan of that part), bedding was clean, the whole staff from Bernadette at the front desk, to all the others that helped us extend, to the Breakfast room staff, to the room cleaning staff were all wonderful. Hotel, Halls, Garage, Workout Room, Breakfast area, every inch of this hotel was clean from top to bottom which is a nice change of pace, they are on top of it. And a great location, not far from Green Lake Park, there is a Movie Theater and Great Ramen place nearby, plenty of nice restaurants with great reviews, parking garage was not packed, everything was wonderful and close the the medical facilities in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I need to come back.

This is my favorite Hampton by far! Location: close to shopping centers and places to eat. Right off the light link rail to get to downtown Seattle and other areas in the greater Seattle area. Close to health care centers and local colleges. Hotel Exterior: Clean and well maintained. Hotel Interior: Shout out to housekeeping for keeping the common areas and rooms clean maintained. Note: garage can use abit of a power wash especially near elevator entrances. Hotel Rooms: okayyyyy housekeeping coming in clutch with making these rooms sparkle! Laundry room is located on the 2nd floor. Door slams so be mindful of guests that are nearby. Washer and dryers are coin operated only. Id suggest upgrading to tap to pay. Gym is open on the 1st floor, well maintained. Pool is on 1st floor but currently closed. I love that this property has a gated garage! I felt safe! Although its gated, the hotel is not liable for any damages or theft and I love that they have the signs posted in the garage as a reminder. This property does sell alcohol. Love love love as I would love to drink and be at the hotel. Guests who stay here id advise to mind your manners if you do this, dont be rowdy or crazy! We want to keep the alcohol available for the rest of us! Lol The guest rooms were thoughtfully designed. Shoutout to Nancy, Connie, and Khalia. Stellar hospitality and thank you for making my stay a home away from home!
We stayed here instead of downtown specifically for the pool for our kids..and it was out of order when we got there. Totally understand things happen but I wish they would have emailed or called and let us know before we past the cancellation deadline. Good breakfast options for my kids- (nothing gluten free for me) but I saw a worker with gloves on wipe tables down with cleaner and clear dirty plates off a table then with the same gloves touch the food utensils to mix up the eggs and open and close the hot food containers which was gross. There were also 3 homeless women that smelt really bad and looked like they were on hard drugs that somehow got into hotel and were taking as much food as they could onto plates and then hanging in the hall. Freaked me out being alone with my toddler. Housekeeping was great on bringing new towels each day. But this was the blanket in the bag and our comforter when we arrived. Just pretty gross. Was an ok stay! Price was good and parking per night was good.
Great location off I-5. Staffers helpful and kind. Rooms were comfortably. I liked that their rooms did not have the window air and heat. It made the room so much more quiet. The water or supplied shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel oily even with daily washing. The reason for the 3 star was because we were told the pool was closed for repair and would be open January 1st. That didn't happen. We were told they were waiting for parts. After asking everyday when it would be open, they finally updated there website to say it would be open until January 31st. My grandkids were so disappointed. That was the #1 reason we stayed at this hotel.
