Had a pleasant experience with The Plumbing Department when dealing with a booster pump issue. They were able to get us an appointment the same day, which we greatly appreciated. Jeff came out, walked us through what was going on, and resolved the issue promptly. Fortunately, it turned out to be the valves and not the pump itself, but we really appreciated his honesty, care, and professionalism throughout the visit. The service was responsive, thorough, and handled with a lot of care. Highly recommend The Plumbing Department.
I had The Plumbing Department out to address a number of leaky faucets, low pressure shower and another shower we had been putting off for fear of it being too expensive. Jeff arrived, did an assessment of our punch list and efficiently checked them off one by one. Easy to schedule with Fast, friendly, and very knowledgable office staff. The Plumbing Department is my new Go-to plumber, I recommend them to all!

Had a top-shelf experience dealing with the professionals at The Plumbing Department! Jeff the 'boss', Corrie and Elizabeth in the Office, and Gary who did the work. All were very helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
I wish I could give 10 stars…. I hired The Plumbing Department to look into, and perform an independent job for me. While doing so, they found that my main sewer line was completely backed up. They temporarily fixed the issue and subsequently replaced the main line. I am very grateful that they caught it since it could have turned out to be much more catastrophic if not identified and fixed in time. Jeff, Gary, and the rest of the team were completely professional and updated me throughout the entire process. Called me daily to go over what would be done that day. Provided and thorough explanation and pics at the end as well. I recommend them 100 percent.
Hired The Plumbing Department to inspect my bathroom for leaks because neighbor below me reported water damage on his bathroom ceiling. Jeff did an excellent job inspecting not only my bathroom for leaks but my below neighbor’s as well in effort to find root cause of the leak. Once it was determined there was an issue with my toilet, Jeff did an excellent job again of walking me through my options and after I decided on replacement, The Plumbing Department did an excellent job installing my new toilet and doing away with the old one. The customer service rep I spoke with on the phone at the facility, Whitney I believe her name was, was also very pleasant & professional. A+ all around excellent customer service at The Plumbing Department
