Had the privilege of working with Artisan to build a home in Historic East Nashville. This was a house I wanted to call my forever home. Not only was Tony easy to work with and upfront throughout the process. But the project finished on time and on budget -- which is a rarity as anyone who's gone through this process knows. They were particular about every detail, and on top of issues before and all the subcontractors to assure the final product and the work reflected their sterling reputation and their own standards. This is why you choose Artisan. They care. Everyone on the team was a joy to work with. But my project manager Mitchell Cohen was always responsive and helpful throughout the process. One small example, months after the house was finished and work was completed -- during the ice storms of 2025 -- they came by and checked on the house and made sure to help in assuring the pipes were flowing and everything was all good. That's the level of care and detail they make. I can't recommend Artisan highly enough.

The amount of gratitude we hold for Artisan, Brian, Tony and team cannot be measured. The work they completed on our home shifted our prospective and brought ease to our daily life. Before Artisan, we had major concern about rainfall and the impact to our home. It was imperative for us to have a safe space for our family and pets. Artisan listened to our concerns and began to creatively construct a plan that would solve our issues within our budget. Throughout the project, we felt the extra care and compassion from Brian and the entire Artisan team. We cannot express how much this meant to us. Now, months after the work was completed, we can say this team has profoundly changed our life for the better. Their work is top notch. Their customer service is top tier. I cannot say enough good things about Artisan Build Construct and Tony Hirsch. I reached out to Tony when I discovered a serious safety and potential fire hazard caused by improper work done by a previous contractor. From the very first call, Tony went above and beyond to help—not just fixing the issue, but truly taking ownership of the situation and making sure my home was completely safe. Tony was incredibly responsive, patient, and kind, taking the time to clearly explain everything and ease my concerns. The team worked quickly and efficiently, repaired everything properly, and restored my system to safe working order. What really stood out, though, was the care they showed throughout the entire process—they checked in with me, followed up after the install, and genuinely wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and fully satisfied.
