I have been with this place since 2010. They have taken great care of me as well as my children. A lot of the doctor's and receptionist are still there from the first time I met them back in 2010. I am so please that they moved to another location and are still making improvements. I do miss how they used to check patients in. You would need to fill out a slip and stamp it until someone calls you to get you checked in, they don't do it that way anymore. You all are doing a great job. Thank you.
My annual visit was excellent. Staff members were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive. The facility was clean, check‑in was efficient, and the wait time was minimal. All procedures, including lab work, were clearly explained, and the blood draw was quick and painless. I also appreciate the IU Health patient portal for its prompt access to test results and visit summaries..

SEVERELY disappointed. Trying to get a PCP but I can't access the portal until I go. I can't see my appointments until I have access to my portal. I am new to care in the area. No texts, messages, or emails about appointment like they said I was going to get. This system is a picture perfect example of what is wrong with our healthcare. The people on the phone are less than helpful.
I had my appointment on Tuesday of this week for the sole purpose of being re-evaluated and getting a renewed prescription for my medication. I was told during my appointment that the new prescription would be sent over. It is now Saturday and my pharmacy still has not received the prescription, despite me calling and following up on this each day since my appointment and letting them know that I have run out of my medication. I was told yesterday that the issue has been “made urgent” and would be addressed by the end of the day, but as of today I am still waiting for the pharmacy to receive the prescription. The appointment itself took much longer than anticipated due to long waiting periods. Very unorganized, slow, and disappointing service.
From the moment I checked in at the front desk, where a very professional, well groomed, African American young lady processed my signing in, in a gracious, caring manner, to the moment I was greeted by the nurses aide, and then later the nurse who had a courteous trainee with her, who took me to my weigh-in and vital signs check, to my appointment with Dr. Wade the Pharmacist, every interaction was warm, respectful and attentive. I was listened to and heard.
