Been 5 days for results from a test that usually takes 24-48 to get results. The sample was taken, but the doctor never put in the order so my sample is who knows where and my care has been delayed and I've yet to receive an answer or remedy to this situation. Based on the one phone call from a random nurse they don't know where my test/sample is. I understand this is a learning facility but how did the doctor over seeing her student not catch this? Never going back.
Every single person I interacted with was amazing. I was greeted by a super friendly team at check in. My nurse was wonderful, Dr. Umm was so thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The attending made me feel more comfortable during a Pap than I ever have. My phlebotomist was a gold star blood drawer. The woman who helped me schedule my mammogram was extremely kind and helpful. A wonderful experience

I have been with this place since 2010. They have taken great care of me as well as my children. A lot of the doctor's and receptionist are still there from the first time I met them back in 2010. I am so please that they moved to another location and are still making improvements. I do miss how they used to check patients in. You would need to fill out a slip and stamp it until someone calls you to get you checked in, they don't do it that way anymore. You all are doing a great job. Thank you.
My annual visit was excellent. Staff members were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive. The facility was clean, check‑in was efficient, and the wait time was minimal. All procedures, including lab work,were clearly explained, and the blood draw was quick and painless. I also appreciate the IU Health patient portal for its prompt access to test results and visit summaries..
Dr. Seth Hunter and the entire staff at the Wishard Family Medicine are outstanding! He is very thorough, personable and knowledgeable, and the entire staff is committed to a high degree of customer service which is rare these days.
