I had a lot of work done by Maynor and his team but the last job, poured patio has major issues. He blames the spalling from salt usage but areas where no salt was used has spalling more than areas that were. Seal is peeling and step up areas are cracking. I have tried and tried to tell him that there are issues with the install and my concerns were not heeded. Patio was poured during a rain storm and sealant applied when it was raining. Walls of my garage are spattered with cement. He will not return calls. Update: after extensive calls and visits, Maynor agreed to redo 2/3rds of the lower lever which had the worst damage. I paid a discounted price to have 1/3rd area redone.
I hired Maynor Construction to paint my house and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. They washed the house, replaced bad wood siding, and then painted. Even when I changed my mind or added things I wanted done, they completed the job competently and efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

Maynor came out and did the job when all others ran away. They promised they could do the work, and more than delivered. I would do all my projects with Maynor’s team. Good business!

I cannot recommend Maynor and his team highly enough. From the very beginning of our patio project through the final details, they did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. Our project started with removing the existing patio and essentially designing an entirely new outdoor space from scratch. Maynor worked with us throughout the design process, offered recommendations, listened to what we wanted, and helped turn our ideas into a finished space that came out better than we originally envisioned. The quality of the work is excellent. The stamped concrete turned out great, the materials used throughout the project were high quality, and the attention to detail was evident in every part of the job. Just as importantly, they were thorough and never made us feel like they were rushing through something simply to move on to the next project. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Maynor kept us informed, was responsive whenever we had questions, and was extremely easy to work with. As the project progressed, we came up with additional ideas and changes that were not part of the original plan. Rather than making those changes difficult, Maynor was incredibly accommodating and willing to adjust the plan, add additional work, and help us figure out the best way to incorporate everything. I was also very impressed with how quickly the project progressed considering the amount of work involved. The crew worked hard, showed up consistently, and accomplished a tremendous amount in a relatively short period of time without sacrificing the quality of the finished product. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially considering the scope of the project, quality of the materials, craftsmanship, and amount of flexibility they gave us along the way. We never felt like every small change or additional request was an opportunity to increase the price. They genuinely seemed focused on making sure we were happy with the finished product. What impressed me most was that this never felt like they were simply there to pour some concrete and leave. They helped us completely transform the space. From removing what was there before, to designing the new layout, completing the stamped concrete, and accommodating additions and changes throughout the project, Maynor and his team took pride in the entire process. We could not be happier with how everything turned out. The difference between where we started and the finished patio is incredible, and it has completely changed how we use our backyard. If you are considering having a patio or outdoor space built or remodeled, I would absolutely recommend Maynor. Great craftsmanship, great communication, fair pricing, fast and thorough work, and most importantly, someone who is willing to work with you to make sure the finished project is exactly what you want. We would absolutely use Maynor and his team again for future projects.
