Husband and I chose this location to eat for his birthday. We love trying random places when we travel. Came to the area for the Cleveland Clinic. Food was absolutely amazing! We were greeted upon entry and the staff was wonderful and very friendly. Shiobhan was super helpful and very nice as our waitress. My husband and I got the the steak, potatoes, ratatouille, and corn which was juicy and everything had great flavor. We got the try three for our appetizer with shrimp, jambalaya and gumbo. All were very good! We had crème brûlée and beignets for dessert which both tasted heavenly. Drink wise we tried the zombie which was a bit citrusy, the gator juice was very good, and the classic old fashion hit the spot. 100% have this marked to be back when we come back this way!
I have never been to New Orleans and no desire to go but love the food. We stumbled upon Bourbon Street Barrel Room that takes you to New Orleans without having to go there. The decor looks like a New Orleans restaurant and there is even a second level for seating. The food is delicious. They have great Happy Hour Specials with portions and prices small enough to sample food items. They also have a pick 3 on the menu that lets you pick different menu items. Our favorites are of course the Chicken Gumbo and Jambalaya but tried to duck wings that were crispy and perfectly cooked. We also tried to fried okra that was awesome. The craft beer and cocktail menu is extensive and we upgraded to the large hurricane, which was fruity and refreshing. Service was Excellent. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a lucky find. Our food was so fresh and authentic. We tried several small dishes to get a good variety. Hush puppies and Boulin Balls so good. Place looks like it was transported out of New Orleans.
My fiance and I had the Aug gratin spinach and artichoke dip to start. The bread, the dip, the portion ratio- perfection. I had the shrimp and grits with cheese and she had the famous gumbo. Absolutely perfect and exactly what we needed in life. We were texting people while we were still there that they need to come! To say the least we will be back, perhaps I can get her to enjoy some frog legs or gator next time. I think the only downside was the dessert. We got the peach bourbon bread pudding. Now we did take it to go but idk, it just didn't meet expectations comparatively. I've had better I suppose. We are going to try the cheesecake next time. I don't mark it against them. Also, the atmosphere was awesome with actual candles and lanterns, the mardi gras, and the dim lighting/ decor was very inviting. Lastly, our server was very nice, attentive, and informative. 10/10 would recommend and already have!
Very unique place in Tremont, having a restaurant to bring you close to New Orleans Cusine cajon southern flavors nearby. I’m not into seafood or frog, alligator and stuff but did try the pork chop which was very good. My family had the gator 🐊 bites and said it tasted like chicken 🐓. Sorry not for me but everyone has its own taste buds. Now the Saints Feast was very good, wife had Jambalaya, daughter had the salmon. Wonderful food and experience and next time I would do the chicken. The only thing I would criticize is the rice and beans. The rice was white and seemed more like steam rice from Chinese restaurant but the beans were very good. I am used of having red beans and rice that was made together and the color was more reddish brown, so theirs was different.
