I had a great experience at Scott’s Automotive! They did an excellent job with my oil change and the tire rotation was quick, efficient, and very professional. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. Drea was especially helpful and made sure everything was clearly explained and taken care of. It’s always nice to find a place you can trust with your vehicle. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service. Highly recommend!
Ricky and Connor were great to work with. Upfront with everything and prices were actually what was stated. We had a disagreement in regards to the eval fee going towards work. 6 weeks prior, I was having some brake work done and the eval fee would of went towards the work if I would of had it done same day. In this case it does in the other case, it doesn't...so easily, that's where my confusion came from. I do get why they charge an eval fee bc it has to happen for safety and reliability but in certain cases when someone brings in a vehicle knowing the problem, maybe there doesn't have to be such a steep eval fee of $200 and/or maybe a percentage of the fee could go towards the bill( just a couple suggestions, I get the equipment and licensing of the equipment is expensive). But in the end, Connor did a great job explaining and I understand that it's a way to enhance business and for Scott's...they want to put the safest vehicle back on the road for their customers and I like that! In regards to Ricky and Connor, I couldn't of asked for 2 better people to work with to get my daughter back on the road! Kudos to Conner for going the extra mile with a battery situation we had and dealing with my over communication. 5 STARS to the gentleman and the ONLY reason for the 4 star rating was the eval misunderstanding. They even covered my daughters Uber to and from their shop! Very well done gentleman and would ALWAYS recommend Scott's👍

I had an outstanding experience at Scott’s Automotive & Tire and can’t recommend them enough. I came in with a flat tire on a very busy day, without an appointment, expecting to be told to come back later. Instead, Connor, the store manager, stepped in immediately and took care of it. He had the team patch my tire quickly and professionally, even with a full schedule. What impressed me most wasn’t just the speed, it was the attitude. Connor treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. Clear communication, fair service, and no upsell pressure. The experience was so good that I canceled my upcoming service appointment at the dealership and decided to bring my business to Scott’s moving forward. It’s noticed when you find this level of customer care and integrity in auto service. Highly recommend Connor and the team.
Scott's Automotive on 7th Street has been my service center for a few years now. The staff there have always been very helpful, professional and honest regarding my service needs. They provide uber service for me to get to and from work if I need to leave my car for the day. Recently Drea was my service rep & she was amazing! She helped me with my new tire purchase and I am very happy with the tire recommendation she made. Pricing is always great and it prevents me from having to go to numerous businesses for different services. I will always recommend Scott's Automotive to family, friends & colleagues!
I had a wonderful experience as a new customer of Scott's Automotive. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by Drea. She was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. My Mazda needed some work as it hadn't been serviced well by my previous garage. I was sent pictures and videos showing the repairs suggested- how cool is that! When picking up the car, Drea offered to explain anything I had questions about as far as the repairs completed. I will continue my use of Scott's Automotive for my car's check ups. Drea is a gem and I hope to deal with her in the future.
