Mo is very thorough, very professional and punctual. He explained step by step the work being performed, work was done in a timely manner and price was reasonable. I'm pleased with the outcome.
Mo is an actual life saver! In a couple short days leading up to a potential ice storm, he was able to replace my electric panel, upgrade it and install a switch kit for a generator. Testing went smooth and now my family is more prepared for a potential outage. He was patient and answered all my questions - at no point did I feel he was trying to upsell me or trying to milk me for more money. He's just friendly, honest and finds efficient solutions in his work. I didn't compare to other electricians, but his services also seem very affordable. I couldn't recommend him more!

Mack electric did an excellent job installing my level 2 EV charger, they were very helpful with Duke Energy rebate info and transparent about costs, time to install and completed the work as scheduled.
I used these guys for a remodeling project that was an absolute headache to work on. They gave me a fair price, excellent service, excellent communication, and an excellent install. I was very impressed with their work and I look forward to bringing them into more projects in the future.
Amazing is all I can say!! Mack electric was amazing. Installed two lights and checked out some wiring to a switch that I thought was defective. Also told me how to install new switch ( I’m handy that way). Very professional and friendly. Let’s not forget a call to keep me updated on his arrival time, which was in the time window quoted. And of course the value! Very fair price for the services rendered. I got his business card and will definitely share with my friends and neighbors as well as use him again. He’s officially my electrician!!
