If I could give 0 stars I would my girl had a flat I called them and asked how much they would charge to put spare on they said 20 dollars so she went up there and they said my spare lugs was not in the trunk but they was so we ended up having to get the car towed to another shop and boom the lugs was in there they charged us 20 dollars for nothing I would not recommend this shop to anyone they do bad business (I REPEAT DONT GO THERE THEY DO BAD BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) The best Auto shop I’ve ever been to, they have you in & out. The workers are honest & have great customer service. They don’t just tell you the problem, they will show you exactly what’s going on with your vehicle. I’ve always loved that about Coopers. I’ve been coming here for over 5years and don’t plan on stopping..
I’ve been going to Cooper Auto for years now. Rob and his team always does an excellent job when fixing my vehicles. Experience has always been great. I would definitely recommend.
