Everyone was easy to work with and shout out to Alex for answering all my questions. I was able to get in quick and get fixed what I needed fixed. Luke's was very easy to work with. Their waiting room was nice too with lots of drinks and snacks.
Ladies! If you're just done with leaving your current auto shop knowing that you've been massively ripped off, wondering if the needed repairs were actually made, and worrying that the mechanic has done something to your car to ensure you'll be back in a couple months, then Luke's is the place for you and Josh Seedle is the man you want to see! I took my car to Luke's for a second opinion after yet another infuriating trip to Ricart. Josh was so great - he let me just unload on him about how fed up I was and then he said "Don't worry, Diana, you have a new mechanic now," and I just felt such relief. I could tell I could trust this man and I knew I was dealing with a reputable shop. The whole experience was completely different from what I had experienced so many times before at the Buick dealership. Josh gave me a free rental car and sent me videos the next day showing the diagnostics they had done on my car. He told me what needed to be done (and I actually believed him) and the estimate he gave me was staggeringly lower than what Ricart had quoted. Just as an example, Ricart quoted me $237.97 to replace the cabin filter; Luke's charged me $64.95. It's now been a month since the repairs were made and my car is running like new. I will absolutely be back to Luke's to see Josh should anything come up with my car again. I feel like I was a valued customer there and I know that they didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge with re: to car repairs. This is an honest shop with competent mechanics and you won't feel angry after doing business with them. I highly, highly recommend and thank Josh for being such a pleasure to work with.

Exceptional service. Timely, respectful, honest, and thorough. Very fair pricing. At the end of your appointment you will get a link to a web page which gives a comprehensive overview of your car’s condition. Do yourself a favor and stop looking for other options. Luke’s Auto is certainly the best experience with auto mechanics that I’ve had.
I came to Luke's because my tire popped as I was running some errands and it was losing air quickly. Needless to say, as a broke college graduate, I was PANICKING! However, Josh calmed me down and gave me some great options for my car and I left with my spare tire put on for FREE. The waiting room is nice, cold, relaxing, and stocked up with lots of snacks. Everyone there, even if they weren't helping me directly, was super personable and friendly. As I was there, they even offered another customer a complimentary Uber ride home since they brought in a car with brakes that weren't fully functional. You can tell that everyone at Luke's goes above and beyond for every customer. Amazing service!!! Thank you so much Luke's!!!
I had several repairs & services performed on my Kia Soul after I brought it in when it was having issues. It started with an inspection into the reported issues. The team handed me a detailed report of what they looked at and what they recommended be done, including their locked in price for every service. I found their prices to be fairly competitive, and with how amazingly transparent they were with the numbers, I was happy to move forward. There was no pressure from them to get scheduled and I got on the calendar quickly once I made my decision. They took care of my car within a few days and even gave me a loaner car for free until it was ready. I would definitely recommend.
