10/10 I'll be calling Patricia again. Our water heater needed to be replaced. She came, confirmed the issue and removed the old one then installed the new one while accommodating to our work schedules. An absolute pleasure to work with. We discussed the plan and new tank and she executed her work to perfection. Wonderful person and very professional. I couldn't recommend more!!
