It was refreshing to have your technician show up on time and start working on my list of repairs. He was friendly and familiar with Leakbot. It is a gadget the home insurance company provided to place on my water line to warn if there are water leaks. He drained my water heater and tested the water for safety. The estimate he provided to replace my shower handle was clear, concise and detailed. I was completely satisfied with this complimentary call!

My service tech Taha was great. He explained everything to me very clearly and was very respectful of my limited budget. He was very professional and helped turn a very stressful day somewhat better.
Excellent service! We had a leak and called Mr. Plumber. They responded quickly and Joshua arrived at our home. He looked at the issue and explained the different solutions for repair. It was not an easy fix, as we had only one shut off valve to isolate leak. After deciding on the repair. Joshua quickly and professionally made the repair. We felt that we were treated with professional and excellent service and willl be using them for all of of future plumbing needs. Thank you!
Mr. Plumber was our third plumbing company. By the time we got around to them we were at our wit's end with our basement flooding. Within days they had the problem fixed. I cannot explain the peace of mind knowing our basement won't flood with sewage. Special shout-out to Gene for being so thorough and prompt.
