To Ben and Jaron that came out from OTT plumbing to install a sump pump and investigate poor hot water flow out of a bath faucet. Thank you! You guys were great. I appreciate your time working on both items that were not as simple as hoped. Your communication throughout the process, answering my questions and working non stop. I reached out to Ott Plumbing for their customer service and support. It did not disappoint. There are a lot of plumbing companies out there and Ott may not be the first name you think of. That’s because they don’t mass market themselves to pass the cost to the customers like the rest. You get to talk to real people when you call, great customer service and knowledgeable technicians at reasonable costs. I will tell as many people I can to use you guys. I don’t often leave reviews but I do when they deserve to be left. Call Ott today and get your issues fixed right and reasonable. By some great folks all around. You won’t be disappointed.
Definitely use Ott plumbing! Michael and Craig came and installed my new water heater in record time. Extremely nice young men who answered all my questions and did a great job. Communication from the whole company is timely from getting estimate, scheduling install and giving arrival time. Also pricing was great as had some other estimates. Only using Ott for all my future plumbing needs.

I purchased a new oven/range over the weekend and couldn’t get the gas lines fitted correctly. I had worked with OTT plumbing previously, so I called them to see if they could help. They had a service man stop out within a couple of hours that very same morning to fix the problem. Talk about great customer service!! That is the best!
The guys who came to install my new toilet ( Craig and Mikey) were really great. It was a quick install, and they made sure all the cardboard and plastic were cleaned up and gone. They were two good guys who did an excellent job. Thanks !
This was our first time using Ott Plumbing, we had a new hot water tank installed in our home. The two gentlemen who installed the tank were extremely helpful and courteous and did an amazing job! I highly recommend Ott Plumbing!
