Austin did an outstanding job doing a partial repipe of our hot water line in our basement ceiling. A major/unexpected issue came up and he went above and beyond to get it repaired. He and his team were professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning up before they left. I would highly recommend Southtowne and Austin.

Quick service. Quick responses. Not a simple situation with financing, but handled beautifully, calmly, great communication, and impeccable customer care. I hope I don't need to use them again, but I truly look forward to depending on them when the time comes! 10 out of 10. My techs were Jake, Josh, and Brian. All quality work done by those 3! Great phone calls with the office as well.
Jacob was prompt and fixed the issue with our AC UNIT very quickly. He went above and beyond with his service as well. Very friendly and easy to talk to and helped us to understand the issues that we had with our unit very well. Highly recommend the service.
