This company is awesome. So responsive! I had issues from the recent ice storm and was able to get a technician here very quickly. He was very professional and handled the problem efficiently. Scheduling updates are texted. Kathy - who answers the phone and likely does every thing is friendly, kind and works hard to make sure you get the service you need. Check them out, I think you will be happy you did.
Technician Bradley Meleg was awsome and very knowledgeable. Got here early and knocked the Spring clean service out of the park and's cleaned up after himself was very professional. You need to hire more employees like Bradley. Patrick Neely

After moving into our home a little over a year ago, I wanted to have an independent inspection and assessment of the equipment and get a comfort level that everything was in good working order. Joseph was here and he did a great job of going through our systems and providing me with a clear explanation of his work and findings. We will be signing up for a maintenance plan as a result. We really appreciate the great service. Very often it is how a company reacts when things don't go as planned. I updated my review here for that reason. After our initial visit we had a Fall Visit. Everything went well until later that day when the split heat pump (electric) on our 3rd floor began to heat the upstairs. As it turned out, the thermostat we had (Ecobee) was not a good fit for an electric heat pump system. First thing the next morning, after returning, the tech did all sorts of analysis and let me know it was the thermostat. He helped me pick out the right product and he walked me through the setup so that I could do it myself and save money in the process. Although I was initially upset that I didn't know why our upstairs was heating up, I was so impressed by the time, diligence and effort by the tech and the service manager to resolve the issue. I got my new thermostat, installed it myself, programmed it and it is working properly now.
HVAC went out Thursday night. Called the South Nashville team as a new customer Friday morning, they worked me in Friday afternoon for an inspection and showed up early. Spotted the problem and ordered parts same day. Came back Monday to install. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Techs were friendly and courteous on every visit. I’ll be calling them again!!
