I’ve been using South Nashville Heat & Air for several years now for repairs and maintenance. I have always been very satisfied. When I call, Kathy is knowledgeable and very helpful. I just had a new split Heat and Air system installed and it went very well. The workmanship is first class and the team went the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfectly!
This team did a great job hooking me up a Heating And Cooling system! The installers were great to work with and very friendly . When they completed the job they cleaned up everything! Their work of the install, piping and hook ups was cleaned and polished ! The guy from the final inspection came out to review the job was professional, friendly and a gentleman- all the men were ! The owner Mark explained everything to me and was down to earth ! I am very pleased I picked them !

I had a great experience with this HVAC company! They were able to come out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got everything fixed. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC work!
Our AC went out during the 100-degree heat wave, and South Nashville Heating & Cooling was able to get us on their schedule the same day right before the 4th of July weekend. The tech, Hiruy, replaced a couple capacitors and had it fixed within about 30 minutes. It was in the middle of a thunderstorm, too, and he still got it done without a single mention of it. He also sent a photo of everything he did, which was reassuring. This is my second time hiring them, and both experiences have been excellent. Highly recommend!
I rate South Nashville Cooling and Heating a five star company. They were recommended by my favorite technician who is not available till naxt week. They scheduled us for next week. We’ved asked if they could put us up if somebody back out. The dispatcher said somebody will be coming the next day. We were glad our request was covered so soon. The technician Andy worked fast and efficiently througt out. Price is also acceptable and fair. We are now loyal clients of South Nashville Cooling and Heating. 😀👍
