Ron and team provide consistently excellent service at a fair price. Most of all they are trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. I've taken my vehicles there for over 20 years and simply greatly appreciate their care and service. Such pleasure to have such an excellent service provider caring for my vehicles.

I am at least 15 years late in writing this ENTHUSIASTIC 5-Star review for Metro Metric and the owner/head mechanic Ron. Multiple times over the years they have provided me with affordable, FAST, and trustworthy service on the several autos I've owned. I cannot emphasize enough how much they earned that "trustworthy" label with the quirks that comes with owning cars as they get older. To be specific, about 15 years ago our 1995 Honda Accord wouldn't start, so they towed it to their shop, found that we had started and shut off our car too quickly so there was just too much gas in the system. They managed to get it started when we couldn't and only charged us for the tow. More recently, Jiffy Lube told us that our oil dipstick smelled of gasoline and that could be a sign of major problems. I called Ron and made an appointment...after our car being there for a couple hours, he called and said they found a feather in the system which was throwing off the sensors and causing a bit too much fuel to get mixed in the oil. He cleaned things and only charged us a half hour of labor. In BOTH of those circumstances, he could have told us any number of dishonest diagnoses and charged hundreds of dollars. Additionally, we've have other jobs on our cars done at the shop (both to solve problems and for preventative maintenance), and each and every time Ron has kept us informed what was going on, what potential options were, what he suggested etc, and fixed the issues for a VERY reasonable fee. I truly cannot recommend them enough for their work ethic, honesty, quality, and kindness. HIGHEST recommendation possible!!
