I had to replace my old flexible air ducts because they were breaking down and fiberglass was blowing throughout my home. I selected 3 companies for bids and chose Patriot Air Systems. My first point of contact was Kelly. Seasoned in customer interface and amazing. She put me in touch with the owner.When I spoke to the owner, I shared with him the quote that was given to me by another company. He said, "That's too much"! It doesn't cost that much. He continued; maybe 5 or 6 thousand dollars. I could not beleive this man; who did not know me, didn't take advantage of the situation and charge me more than the company that overcharged me. I wouldn't have known. That's honesty and integrity, qualities you rarely find in companies these days. Of course I hired the company and I am glad I did. Paul, lead technician was beyond amazing! Great attitude, professional, patient and personable. Throughout the day, he used so many moments when I asked him questions as teaching moments. I was so greatful because I am a first time home owner. His knowledge and command of every question I asked was amazing! I purchased a service agreement because I didn't want anyone else to service my furnace and air conditioner. I'm so glad and releaved that I chose Patriot Air Comfort Systems. I don't have to worry anymore about dishonesty; being overcharged and substandard service. I know I made the right choice and don't have to question anymore when the work is done; did they do it right? I have stated the truth in this review so that readers can chose and trust a company to care for one of the most expensive purchases in their homes, not to mention deadly if not maintained correctly. I scheduled a second opinion from Patriot Air after another service company said I needed to replace my entire Geothermal unit. Bill the owner called me personally to reassure me I most likely didn't need a new unit. Once the service tech arrived he was able to diagnose the problem and replace one part to have my AC up and running within 30 minutes. Very personable and informative tech. saved me thousands.
We called Patriot Air, and David Amos was our technician. David was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and conscientious. We were having air conditioner issues. Our fan was staying on, even when the air conditioner was turned off. David determined that the wiring needed adjusted, and he did it. Thank heavens, our air conditioner is now working perfectly, on these hot days. Steve and I highly recommend David Amos, and Patriot Air.
Patriot Air did my original install 2 years ago, and did a wonderful job, and reasonably priced. But more so, they were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Now I’m having them come out once before the winter heating season, and once before the cooling season. Now, today, Lawrence came out for AC maintenance, and he was just great. He went to extra lengths to answer questions I had, and explained things thoroughly. I highly recommend Patriot Air.
Honest, friendly and budget conscious. They genuinely want to provide a service to their customers and not just upsell them on everything. As a single mom working in a tight budget, Dave did everything he could to try and work a solution that would solve my problem and not price gouge me. Everyone I have had contact with at this company has been top notch. I can't say enough nice things about their people and the quality of their service. They are a dying breed of folks who really want to help their customers and not just out for a buck.
