Recently, had Francisco’s Roofing Inc. tear down and roof two different single family dwellings with detached garages. Francisco’s Roofing Inc. handled all of the permitting and completed the roofing jobs within the given timeframe without issue. We couldn’t be more happier with the outcome.
Great family-owned business. They do quality work at a reasonable price, communicate well throughout the project, and leave your property spotless when the job is done. I had my flat roof recoated, and even in the middle of spring with no rain in sight, my house stays much cooler. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.

I woke up to the sound of rain last night and was immediately filled with a sense of security. Over the summer, I had a new roof installed by Francisco’s roofing. The whole process was so smooth from start to finish. I was a bit nervous about replacing the roof and I got several bids. Francisco’s estimate was clear and concise, easy to understand and very fairly priced. There was no pressure, just all of the info I needed and the process was quick and easy. Communication was great. They were quick to respond and answer any questions I had. They got the job done and left my property cleaner than it was when they started. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend them to others. I was recently talking to a friend who said he’d had his roof done and I mentioned that I’d used Francisco’ Roofing and had a great experience and it turns out that he used them as well and was also super pleased with the job they did.
