Francisco and his crew did a tremendous job replacing the 30-year-old roofs on the three structures on our property. The entire project was completed in a timely manner, just before the heavy November rains arrived—and everything held up perfectly through the storms. From the initial estimate to the tear-down and final installation, the entire process went smoothly. It was truly a fantastic experience. Francisco even made a small modification so we could preserve a 100-year-old avocado tree that my grandparents planted, which meant a lot to our family. They also replaced a skylight and a solar tube light, correcting some installation issues from the previous installer (which, admittedly, was me!). I really enjoyed working with the crew. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. Overall, a great job. I would highly recommend Francisco and his team!

I woke up to the sound of rain last night and was immediately filled with a sense of security. Over the summer, I had a new roof installed by Francisco’s roofing. The whole process was so smooth from start to finish. I was a bit nervous about replacing the roof and I got several bids. Francisco’s estimate was clear and concise, easy to understand and very fairly priced. There was no pressure, just all of the info I needed and the process was quick and easy. Communication was great. They were quick to respond and answer any questions I had. They got the job done and left my property cleaner than it was when they started. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend them to others. I was recently talking to a friend who said he’d had his roof done and I mentioned that I’d used Francisco’ Roofing and had a great experience and it turns out that he used them as well and was also super pleased with the job they did. I can’t wait to enjoy the rain this winter! A big thank you to Fransisco’s roofing and their whole crew.
