Did you know that if you are 65 and need an Adult Physical there's an an additional $327.00? Unfortunately, when my September appointment was cancelled and I was 64. I wasn't informed of this additional cost when rescheduling. (While they have a billing code for this fee, no one felt a need to inform this patient prior to billing me for it!) This additional cost put my fee outside of the preventive care budget for my job of $435 and left me with an unanticipated out of pocket expense of $206. With this in mind, I wanted to make sure that patients nearing the age of 65 were aware of this surcharge for their routine physical. Both so you could schedule prior to your birthday if possible. If not you can check with your employer to find out if your preventive care cost will still be covered. One other thing to know if you have not been to this location, unless they have updated the directions in Google maps they will not get you to the correct parking lot. Do yourself a favor and contact the office for directions to the parking lot. Google maps will get you to the building but not to the parking lot. The appointment technology for this location is having issues. They sent me directions to please schedule a follow-up appointment prior to a date in January 2026. I chose a date in November, and failed to verify the year. When I showed up for my appointment, their system scheduled my appointment for November 2026, even though the directions specifically said my doctor has requested to see me prior to the date in January 2026. I would have thought this to be a mistake but I when I got home, I got a link with the same directions and this time the day was January 26, 2026. But the day we're once again for November 2026. Then it gives you the option to have the staff scheduled which I choose. And has the audacity to require me to explain why I wasn't rescheduling the appointment but would not allow me to write in an explanation. I just exited and their staff did get back to me. I am not sure if it was due to the app or my email to my doctor telling her that I was scheduled for the wrong day. I was at least able to complete my lab work so my trip wasn't a complete waste of time. However, these types of issues are costly, and inconvenient to their patients. It doesn't make one sense a high value being placed on them!

Deeply disappointing care and unprofessional handling of my health needs. I have been a long-time patient of Intermountain Health, and I have never experienced care as poor, disorganized, and dismissive as I have in the past several months. What has happened here has been incredibly upsetting, especially given how much this practice knows about my medical and mental health history. There were multiple mistakes, miscommunications, and inconsistent instructions from both providers and staff. I was placed on a medication by this practice, told I had to use a specific pharmacy that is closed on weekends, and when that inevitably created situations where early refills were necessary— especially during emergencies or travel—I was penalized for a problem the practice created. At one point, due to a provider’s error (which she openly acknowledged), I could not obtain a necessary refill. The covering provider refused to fill it, and when I expressed concern about experiencing withdrawal symptoms, her only response was to “go to the ER.” That level of disregard for patient safety and continuity of care is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. The communication from the team has been inconsistent, delayed, and at times simply nonexistent. When I experienced a family death out of town and needed support with my medication, the response was to discharge me from the practice due to a breach of contract, which was due to a few early refill requests stemming from the pharmacy being closed on weekends. This felt particularly unjustified given my consistent history as a compliant and responsible patient, as well as my prior successful use of this same medication under another provider at this practice without any complications or concerns. Staff were also dismissive when my fiancé attempted to calmly advocate for me during a time when I was overwhelmed and unable to advocate for myself. That alone says a great deal about the culture of this practice. For a clinic that claims to prioritize patient-centered care, the actual care I received was the opposite: inconsistent, insensitive, and, frankly, harmful. I will be filing formal grievances regarding the handling of my case. And I strongly urge others to be cautious and aware of these issues before seeking care here.
I arrived for my appointment and everything was handled very well and professionally and still friendly. I met with Dr Davis, it was the first time I had been seen by her, and I was very impressed. She had taken the time to study my very lengthy medical history and as she asked questions regarding my current health situation I was again impressed. She took the time to make sure she had all the information she needed to prescribe the treatment plan she was putting me on.
I made an appt with the RN but it was decided I needed to see a dr. The need was accommodated graciously and professionally in times of long waits for appts, my medical needs have always been addressed according to need. The office staff (Jaime) is kind and efficient..
I had three surgeries in three months. Everyone was extremely helpful in insuring my comfort and in explaining every procedure. Although everyone provided excellent service, I was especially impressed with the nurses who were especially empathetic.
