Dylan and Steve did an excellent job installing a new AC in our home. They were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They explained everything and answered any questions. The price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!
What a great experience from start to finish. Sarah and Chad came out to inspect my old system, and confirmed what I expected. It was time for a new AC and furnace. They were very friendly and helpful in explaining all options for new systems and offering advice. Fallon at HQ was also very friendly and helped me with financing and scheduling. Communication throughout was excellent. Finally, Ron and Clay came out for the installation and absolutely blew me away with their efficiency. They also set up the product registration, ensuring my warranty would be locked in. To top it off they left me with a really thoughtful customer gift! I will absolutely recommend Novak Heating & Cooling to anyone looking to have any HVAC work done. Thanks everyone for going above and beyond!

This is my second time at this house having Novak Heating and Cooling handle installation, and they are always pros! Ephrem and Dylan were knowledgeable, considerate, and super professional. I trust Novak for honest pricing and quality work to match. Thankful for them and to finally have central air in this old house. 10/10 recommend!
I have had a great experience with Novak. Everyone involved has been on time, polite, and respectful. Getting an estimate was easy and tweaking what system components we wanted was simple, the flexibility was great. We needed a minor adjustment after installation, and communication was there and the change made promptly. So far I’m satisfied with the performance of the new equipment and have no hesitation recommending Novak to others looking to replace their hvac set up.
Had a great experience with Dylan and Ephrem with the install of a new A/C unit. They showed up on time, were super easy to work with, and respectful of being in and out of the house! They were also so sweet to my kitties, which is always a plus (they had some helpers). Value of service is great and we received a little welcome gift after install from Akron Coffee Roasters which was a great touch! Did a lot of research on heating and cooling companies before deciding who to get a new A/C from, after meeting with Andy and his team it was a now brainer, price was competitive, service was great, and local! 10/10.
