I had an inspection scheduled with Walter’s this week. A few days before, my car battery died and I had to give it a jump. I drove it there earlier than my appointment, and when I called to update them they were already almost finished with it! They were so nice to get it done earlier than my appointment. Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Walter's! I took my 14 year old car becuase I felt like something needed fixing. I took my car to Walter's, and basically just asked Walter to ✨fix my car✨. And they super quickly identified the transmission fluid needed to be changed, called me to confirm that I'm ok with that, and my car was basically ready for pickup literally the same day. As I was driving out of the garage, I could feel the smoothness of my 14 year old Accord as if it was brand new. I have the utmost gratitude for Walter and staff here! Incredible service, very reasonable price, and great technical know-how. Highly recommended!
Walter and the crew did a great job replacing my radiator. He was communicative and remembered all the details I told him about the work. When the replacement radiator he obtained was damaged, he let me know right away and gave me an accurate new timeline. The pricing was good. Certainly will be going to him again for all future work.
I give 5 stars only because 6 is not available. Called about some exhaust issue, but they didn't have an available slot for a while, but they gave some recommendations. Called those other places, and those were even further out. When I called Walter's the second time, he offered to at least check out the issue before opening. Turned out it was an easy fix, and he had the repair done the next day. He not only went above and beyond what I'd expect, but he charges reasonable prices. Next week we noticed that both our headlights were out. I assumed it was an electrical issue like a fuse or a relay. He took us in the same day, realized that no, we just got unlucky and both lights happened to go out near the same time. Now, he could have told me that it was in fact electrical and charged me accordingly. I would have believed him and never known better. Instead, he replaced the bulbs immediately and didn't even charge for labor! Amazing service. More than fair prices. Actually honest. What more could you ask?
