I had a great experience with Super Cool HVAC. From the initial estimate to the final installation, the team was professional, honest, and easy to work with. They installed a new Goodman heat pump system in my condo, arrived on time, kept the work area clean, and answered all of my questions throughout the installation. The technicians were courteous and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. I was also very pleased with the fair pricing and the quality of their work. They handled the permits and inspection process, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. After my AC compressor failed in my ten yr old Trane, I was overwhelmed comparing quotes and trying to figure out who to trust. Jason at Super Cool was a game changer. He came out, did a proper Manual J load calculation, and actually explained WHY my old 3-ton system was oversized all along, which likely caused the failure in the first place. Nobody else took the time to do that. The pricing was fair and transparent, the options were clear, and he never tried to upsell me on something I didn’t need. Super Cool also includes all permitting and inspection fees, which a lot of companies quietly leave out. The warranty package gave me real peace of mind. From the first conversation to the final estimate, everyone I dealt with was professional, honest, and genuinely knowledgeable. It’s rare to find a company that educates you instead of just selling to you. I feel confident I made the right choice and got the right system for my home. I was referred to Super Cool HVAC by several neighbors and I was not disappointed. When I called, customer service was able to get me booked just in time before the holiday and she quoted me the very fair prices upfront to get my smart thermometers installed, as well as a diagnostic of my HVAC. The technician, Scott, called to say he could come early, which was great and he was super friendly when he arrived. He took the extra time to teach me about my system and gave me some FREE tips for making my home more energy efficient. I really appreciated him taking the time to do that. It felt like having a big brother come by and give a helping hand! Grateful for their service and would kindly recommend Scott and this company to anyone looking for fast and friendly service. My home is cool as a cucumber now!
Best experience with Super Cool! Chris, Christian, and Robert were stellar. Our comfort consultant Jason also helped with the initial process! Within 36 hours of our old unit failing they had us back feeling comfortable, and it was 100 degrees out! My family loves that this is a small, locally owned business that puts the environment first. Their fleet of vehicles are almost all electric and the units they install are energy efficient. Highly recommend them!
