I can't say enough wonderful things about FIVE STAR HVAC SERVICES and two outstanding young men who work there—Richie and Sam. They are both reliable, hardworking, professional, and genuinely care about their customers. I especially want to recognize Sam for going above and beyond during our recent service. During the heat wave, our air conditioning suddenly broke down, and we learned that we needed a completely new unit. Even after finishing his other service calls, Sam came to our home around 5:00 p.m. and stayed until after midnight. He refused to leave until he knew we would have some relief from the heat. Although he couldn't install the new unit that night, he found a way to get a fan running through the outdoor system so we would at least have air moving through the house until he could return to complete the installation. What impressed us most wasn't just his technical skill—it was how much he genuinely cared about our well-being. He treated us like family, making sure we were safe and as comfortable as possible before he left. That kind of dedication, compassion, and work ethic is rare to find these days. Richie and Sam are tremendous representatives of FIVE STAR HVAC SERVICES, and because of employees like them, we will continue to recommend this company to anyone who needs honest, dependable, and exceptional HVAC service. Sent an email asking for help right before I went to bed, and woke up to a notification telling me someone would be out to check on our AC unit first thing--amazing. Our technician Juan stayed with us the whole day to troubleshoot our unit and went through a lot of effort to get it resolved. He was awesome. This is our second service from Five Star, and we're very happy.
Paul has singlehandedly restored my faith in humanity's work ethic. He took on a complex task in my home that other HVAC specialists in the area were not willing to do, and worked tirelessly until the job was done the correct way. He is resourceful, hardworking, congenial, and a true asset to his company.
Our 50+ year old boiler was replaced with new Peerless boiler. Pipes were cleaned prior to installation. Five Star had a strong, knowledgeable crew on site from roughly 8 AM to 7 PM. We were very pleased to have a working system before they left rather than a 2 day job. Clean up was great as well.
