Everything was fine until it came time for the treatment plan. They stated my dental insurance does not cover out of network dentists. However, that is completely untrue.I am well aware of what my dental insurance does and does not cover and out of network is covered. Because of that, I do not recommend them.
Called them cuz I was in severe pain from an exposed nerve, had an appointment within an hour and had a root canal and several other major issues taken care of immediately. Amazing staff, so kind and caring. Dr. Ali was awesome, he communicated everything before and during the procedures. They explained my options thoroughly and helped me make the best choices for my health and my wallet. I definitely recommend them!
I had to visit Emergency Dental Of Nashville on Super Bowl Sunday after I chipped my front tooth, and I am so grateful I found them. If you ever go out dancing and chip your tooth, this is the place to go. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel calm and taken care of. Everything was organized and they were very flexible. They even reminded me to eat and gave me recommendations on where to go nearby, which I really appreciated since I was overwhelmed. Hector was amazing and had such good energy. The doctor who performed my root canal was also incredible. He paid attention to when I was in pain and knew exactly when to pause. I was honestly really scared, but they made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. The front desk staff were understanding and accommodating, especially with my situation since my boyfriend is in the military. They provided the paperwork and support I needed without any hassle. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience. I couldn’t have asked for better care during a stressful moment. Highly recommend.

The entire staff is amazing and communicates with the patients. Professional and proficient. They all work very hard to make sure every patient who comes through the door is well taken care of as quickly as possible. Keep up the great work!!
I had an insane toothache and needed a root canal on a Sunday- they were able to get me in to see the doctor. All of the staff was BEYOND kind and helpful. I left feeling so much better. It was a really tiring day and the eased it so much. HIGHLY recommend :)
