wanted to share my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Andrew and his coworker. They arrived on time and efficiently completed the waterline and drain replacements. Their work was excellent, and they made the entire process straightforward and hassle-free. Andrew and maverick came out and replaced the tub faucet and installed a main line shut off inside the house! They were both extremely knowledgeable and got everything done and cleaned up! 10/10 will be using their services again!
To begin...Matt answered the phone & came out within 20 minutes to provide an estimate. Then 1 hour to the tee for a cost estimate! This was on a Friday afternoon. Then Gordon & I talked and on Monday to schedule for a Wednesday workday. The water heater was 16 years old; the mechanical room pipes were questionably corroded; the inside water shut-off valve was frozen & risky. Andrew arrived on Wed. at 8:15 and was so very personable; professional and really executed common sense in making all the necessary repairs. He had with him an apprentice that we also enjoyed having in our home. We listened while Andrew explained each step to the apprentice (his name I can't recall). Andrew is a good teacher! Upon completing the tasks Andrew went through the turning on of the water to ensure there were no leaks...yay! Also educated us on how the water heater works, including a vacation mode. It is now 5 days later and ALL is going well with the water heater. The water is hotter. The water pressure is better...and we are so very pleased that I have activated a Google account just to say THANK YOU to Oakwood Plumbing! Thank you.
