This was my first time working with HomeSense since they transitioned from B&W. I am very pleased. The customer service that Sarah provided when I called in was fantastic. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I have two properties with differing issues and the techs who came out, Michael and Max, were also very communicative and friendly. I got my appointment for a thermostat installation the same day and was kept fully informed of the timing of the techincian's arrival- which was on time by the way. Blake was friendly and efficient and answered all my questions and took the time to walk through the procedures for setting up the thermostat with me. Excellent service!

We have used. B&W/ HomeSense for the past few years. We continue to go back because simply every service has been professional, prepared, quick and fair pricing. There is never a question on what they have done and when they leave you would never know they have been there! With one exception, everything works.
