Thiele did a great job with the installation and regular maintenance of our HVAC systems. We recently had an additional issue with our system. They came out within hours after we called and solved the issue with an affordable solution without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. We always get first class service from Theile.

There is no better HVAC technician than Mike at Thiele. He is one of the nicest, most professional service technicians I’ve worked with in any industry. Mike takes the time to explain exactly what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and what I should keep an eye on in the future. He’s thorough, patient, and treats my HVAC equipment with exceptional care, and educates me along the way. What stands out most is that there’s never any pressure, upselling, or unnecessary recommendations; his focus is simply on making sure my systems are operating at their best. Every time he leaves, I know my units are in excellent condition. I’m only half joking when I say Mike takes better care of my HVAC equipment than I take care of my car. During my tune-up today (and every visit over the last four years) he even polished and waxed my air conditioner. That level of pride, attention to detail, and customer care is hard to find. Aside from his professionalism, Mike is an overall great guy. When he learned that my husband and I collect toys, in memory of our son, for the children at Riley Hospital for Children, he sent us toys a week later for the toy drive. Without a doubt, Mike is one of the best in the industry, and I highly recommend him (and Thiele) to anyone needing HVAC service.
