They quickly repaired our air conditioning unit during a heat wave, which we really appreciated. Zach was extremely nice, and friendly, with a positive attitude. Our house humidifier system was also repaired at this visit. Reasonable pricing and timely repairs. We will definitely call on them again whenever needed!
John was awesome! He was very kind, professional & honest. He did a great job explaining what was going on with our HVAC system to me & my wife. He presented us with our options in straightforward, sincere manner & didn’t try to upsell us on parts/services we didn’t need. I would recommend calling Echols for your HVAC needs &, if you do, ask for John!
We have had nothing but absolutely amazing experiences with Echol’s. Our HVAC totally died this spring and from the quoting process all the way through the install and follow up - every single person from sales to tech to installer to office staff etc., has been extremely nice and has taken the time to explain everything in great detail so that we always knew what was going on! I am so glad we made the decision to use Echol’s and I would recommend them to anyone! Also their annual membership is clutch and totally worth it!! John was the best HVAC tech we’ve ever had. Way more thorough than others. Showed me videos and photos of the work he had done. As he was leaving, we noticed a leak in one of my air-conditioning pipes, and he stayed late and fixed it on the spot. Super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend John.
The service people have always been very professional and Joziah continued this service. And he showed his true talent when he adapted our older whole house air filter system. He had to make a new housing for the adapter that would except the new filter so it was easier to change out when needed. Awesome job Joziah. And like all others very courteous.
